+ Non Refundable Deposit

• To secure an appointment at YFL Studio, a non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable deposit of 50% of the total service price is required at the time of booking.
• The remaining amount of the service price is to be paid on the day of your appointment.
• Please be aware if you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, your 50% deposit will automatically be forfeited and will not be refundable under any circumstance. You will charged 100% of the service price for not showing up or cancelling on the day.
• If you need to reschedule your appointment, you must provide at least 24 hours before your appointment time. If you fail to do so, we reserve the right to forteit your deposit.
• Late arrivals of 10 mintues or more may result in an automatic cancelation, with the full fee payable.
• By paying the 50% deposit to secure your appointment, you agree to the terms and conditions above.

+ I need to cancel my appointment, can I get my deposit back?

All deposits are non-refundable, however if you provide us notice within 24 hours of your appointment we can hold your deposit for you to use another and rebook another appointment. Failure to provide 24 hours notice will forfeit your deposit. Cancellations for bridal partys require a 60 day notice period. Failure to do so will forteited the deposit with the full service fee to be paid.

+ How can I reschedule my appointment without losing my deposit?

We understand that things come up and you need may need to reschedule an appointment. You must contact us 24 hours before your appointment time or by clicking the 'reschedule' button in your confirmation email. Please be aware that the reschedule button will expire 48 hours before your appointment time. Deposits are non-refundable. Reschedules for bridal partys require a 60 day notice period, however we cannot guarentee that the new date will be available. Failure to do so will led to automatic cancellation and will forteit the deposit, with the full service fee to be paid.

+ If you cancel my appointment will I get my deposit back?

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your appointment, we will contact you immediately and provide the option of holding your deposit for you to use another day or give you a full refund.
