Booking Conditions
+ Non Refundable Deposit
- To secure an appointment at YFL Studio, a non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable deposit of 50% of the total service price is required at the time of booking.
- The remaining amount of the service price is to be paid on the day of your appointment.
- Please be aware if you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, your 50% deposit will automatically be forfeited and will not be refundable under any circumstance. You will charged 100% of the service price for not showing up or cancelling on the day.
- If you need to reschedule your appointment, you must provide at least 24 hours before your appointment time. If you fail to do so, we reserve the right to forteit your deposit.
- Late arrivals of 10 mintues or more may result in an automatic cancelation, with the full fee payable.
- By paying the 50% deposit to secure your appointment, you agree to the terms and conditions above.
